Suzy was found in a shocking state on the Kairaba Avenue. She was lured home by a very kind lady who enticed her slowly, slowly down the road and into her compound, she did this by offering this poor wretch a bowl of food and encouraging her to eat!  Here in a safe haven Suzy was treated by the vet and lovingly cared and nurtured by this lady for several months. Looking at the before and after photos will show just how desperate Suzy looked and the transformation that took place with this TLC.

Now for a very happy ending to this story, Suzy was adopted by an American couple who took her home to California in late 2009 and she is now living very happily there - wonderful!

Spot the black and white dog from Bakau was rescued by this same kind member and she is taking care of him, we are hopeful that he will blossom as did Suzy!
